Melanin Mothers Meet (M3) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Black mothers and families by addressing critical issues in postpartum care, breastfeeding support, and maternal wellness. Our mission is to ensure that Black moms have access to the education, resources, and community they need to navigate motherhood without unnecessary stress, depression, or being overwhelmed. Since our founding in 2016 and official nonprofit status in 2020, M3 has been a trusted resource, offering workshops, annual conferences, online sessions, and community events that prioritize Black maternal health. We provide culturally competent support for postpartum recovery, breastfeeding success, and overall well-being. If we do not directly offer a service, we connect mothers and families to the right resources. At M3, we believe that empowering Black mothers means strengthening entire families and communities. We are always eager to partner with individuals and organizations who share our commitment to ensuring that Black mothers and their babies thrive.
