Keshia M. Jenkins, Founder & Executive Director, The Birthing Brilliance Collective
Keshia M. Jenkins, affectionately known as Kay, is a maternal health and early childhood advocate, educator, and community builder. As the Founder and Executive Director of The Birthing Brilliance Collective, she leads a movement dedicated to nurturing healthy beginnings and brilliant futures for families.
With a focus on the powerful connection between maternal wellness and early childhood outcomes, Keshia has devoted her career to bridging the gaps that often separate healthcare, education, and community support. Under her leadership, The Birthing Brilliance Collective empowers parents, caregivers, and professionals through education, advocacy, and collaboration ,because brilliance begins with care.
In addition to her professional consulting and training work, Keshia also established The Birthing Brilliance Foundation, the nonprofit arm of the Collective. The Foundation focuses on providing essential resources and education to families with children under five, while also investing in prevention programs for middle and high school students that promote reproductive health, safe choices, and life readiness.
Rooted in the belief that thriving mothers build thriving communities, Keshia’s work continues to inspire a generation of caregivers, educators, and young leaders to embrace wellness, connection, and growth from birth and beyond.
